Computerized tool organizer
Our new Tool Boss System allows for the computer to organize and review our inventory of the on hand tooling we have in stock. In addition, tools are replenished daily via an automatic order triggering system to the vendor.
OASIS
Digital/Video Inspection Equipment
The OASIS has enabled us to measure multiple lengths, outside diameters, radii and angles, in a fraction of a second. This has significantly improved our measurement consistency, and our throughput. Data can be exported and saved electronically.
New Technology
Eight and ten axis CNC lathes
These multi-axis machines enable complex, smaller volume components to be produced complete on the machine, thereby eliminating both multiple secondary operations and handling. This creates a more flexible environment to address our customers' varying needs.
